Residential Multi-Family, Apartment, and Student Housing- No predetermined
limits Commercial- Office, Retail, Mixed Use, Flex- We concentrate our
efforts on $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 opportunities but will go higher
on exception Industrial- As with commercial real estate, we concentrate
our efforts on $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 opportunities but will go higher
on exception
FUNDING
We have numerous commercial, private equity, and angel investment lines
of credit. In addition, we maintain excellent relationships with local,
regional, and national lending institutions and banks.
